จุดเด่นของ WatchGuard FireBox คือ มีระบบจัดเก็บ Log และจัดทำรายงาน เรียกว่า “WatchGuard Dimension” ซึ่งเป็น VM สามารถดาวน์โหลดมาติดตั้งบนเครื่องเซิร์ฟเวอร์เพื่อใช้งานได้ฟรีทันที โดยสามารถเก็บข้อมูลจาก WatchGuard FireBox กี่เครื่องก็ได้ ช่วยให้ทั้งฝ่าย IT และผู้บริหารสามารถติดตามการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยบนเครือข่ายทั้งหมดได้ผ่านทางหน้า Dashboard ที่แสดงผลเป็นกราฟิกสวยงาน หรือจัดทำรายงานในรายละเอียดเชิงลึกได้ นอกจากนี้ยังมี “WatchGuard System Manager” ซึ่งเป็นซอฟต์แวร์ฟรีสำหรับบริหารจัดการ WatchGuard FireBox ที่ใช้งานอยู่ทั้งหมดได้จากศูนย์กลาง
